Allee, mijn Belgische kontaktpersoon vraagt blijkbaar hulp aan de Europese collega's:



This end-user has trouble with his Zumo
He can’t get the Samsung SGH E900 to work with the Zumo’s
He has update the unit to 3.
He has also trouble with the routes he made, there his old unit (SP2610) could use the road like MapSource send it, the Zumo needs to unflag the waypoints
He has also deleted the safety camera’s that where preloaded and ask how to get those
At top of that, he has trouble with the activation and download of the free camera demo database in
It seems the unit isn’t
He asks how to reset his unit to original state (software + camera
The customer his totally not satisfied of the new unit he has bought due to all this problems.

Dear
Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe.
I assume from the information below that the PC recognises the unit as he is able to send routes from Mapsource? As the website will not see the unit when he is trying to run the camera trial, he will need to make sure the Communicator Plug In is installed correctly as this is what is probably causing the problem of not being recognised.
This will be the only way to re-add the pre-loaded camera database that they have deleted.
With regards to the phone, does the unit see it at all? Will it pair and then randomly disconnect? Unfortunately, we do not have a compatibility list for this unit so I am unable to find out if the phone should work. It would be worth updating the software on the Samsung also to see if this helps.

EN DAN UITEINDELIJK:

Indien u collega zijn Zumo dezelfde software versie heeft dan uw GPS, dan is het probleem te wijten aan uw GPS.
Deze dient dan binnen in reparatie via uw verdeler ter controle, waar deze vermoedelijk zal worden vervangen onder waarborg.

ale vooruit, tegen dien tijd had ge al te voet en met een stafkaart de weg gevonden.
Hopelijk toch een goed einde gewenst.

Straks krijgt je een nieuwe gps, en dan ........ lukt het miss weer niet.

We hebben 4 gsm's met Bluethooth in huis, bij degene van mijn oudste dochter lukt het echter wel. Een Nokia. Bij de Nokia van mijn vrouw en de Samsung van de andere dochter lukt het ook niet. Ondertussen heb ik van mijn gsm de software geflasht door een recentere versie echter zonder resultaat.

Als alles goed meezit gaat de gps vrijdag naar de dealer.

Wordt vervolgd.

Met een weekje ( dankzij werken op de E313 )vertraging is GPS bij de dealer geraakt. Nu maar afwachten wat er uit de bus komt.

Vandaag telefoon gekregen: GPS is omgeruild, mag hem gaan afhalen bij de dealer. Dank u Garmin!!

Is geïnstalleerd doch niet unlockt, daarvoor heb ik de gps nodig. Zal het vrijdag weten.

Ok, de nieuwe gps is er, het koppelen met telefoonboek is ook gelukt. Het toestel bevatte reeds de recenste software:3.30

De update naar de nieuwe map 2010.20 nog even uitgesteld. De reeds verkregen productcode is vervallen dus eerst nog eens downloaden zodat k een nieuwe krijg.
